How Important your CV is !!!!

Your CV is a marketing document and you are the the product. Before you can create your CV, therefore, you should be clear about your unique transferable skills and the advantages that exists for a new employer in selecting you over the tens(or hundreds) of other applicants.

It helps to think how you would feel about being on the receiving end of a hundred plus application- and to remember that yours has to got to be better . Put yourself in the top 10 percent with something crisper and more relevant than the competition. Your aim is to  avoid the reams of unconsidered tosh that will blur your special edge and simply replicate the rest of the time-consuming applications the recruiter will receive.

3. Produce a good CV, tailored to each specific job opportunity.
4. Write a persuasive and convincing covering letter.
5. Follow up:- chase delicately if they don't reply. Obey their further instructions if they do. Confirm interview arrangements crisply and professionally.
6. Make a good impression both before and at the interview. Research the organization properly beforehand. Then gather the information you     want   from the meeting and communicate the message you have planned.
7. After the interview, consolidate the good impression you have left and confirm your interest.
8. After they offer, negotiate effectively and warmly. It's your last chance to do this.
9. If they reject you, invite them to keep you in mind for something else.
10.Keep improving your job-search skill untill the right offer is made.
