To get started you need to make a strategy and stick to it. Use following steps:
1. Marshal you forces:- get the right people on your side to help you with your campaign.
2. Do you homework:- research where the jobs are that will be right for you. Find the relevent newspaper and advertisement, and target employers.
3. Produce a good CV, tailored to each specific job opportunity.
4. Write a persuasive and convincing covering letter.
5. Follow up:- chase delicately if they don't reply. Obey their further instructions if they do. Confirm interview arrangements crisply and professionally.
6. Make a good impression both before and at the interview. Research the organization properly beforehand. Then gather the information you want from the meeting and communicate the message you have planned.
7. After the interview, consolidate the good impression you have left and confirm your interest.
8. After they offer, negotiate effectively and warmly. It's your last chance to do this.
9. If they reject you, invite them to keep you in mind for something else.
10.Keep improving your job-search skill untill the right offer is made.
