Some tips to help you perform better in interviews

what is the The purpose of the interview???
Interviewer wants to know - do you fullfill  the requirements of the job. These will naturally vary with different jobs but are likely to include:

    * Your personal qualities
    * How well you express yourself
    * Your motivation and enthusiasm

I think, there is no right or wrong answers to interview questions. the important point is - how you tackle your interview??

 Preparation for the interview  
*  Ask yourself-  are you  really interested for this job , if yes then why ?? As you have to show  marked enthusiasm for the job, you have applied .    
* Imagine , yourself as the interviewer. Read your resume and try to find out your weak points  and how you will handle them?
 * Note  questions to ask the interviewer.
 * Take some time in advance in case of traffic jams or delayed trains.
 * Dress neatly and smartly.
  * Go through the company profile from the company site, Google or from your contacts-
you should study well about the total no.s of employees, when this company came into existance, what are the products?, what is the image of the company in market and in public?,Future plans of this company,Training, growth  offered, Working culture of the company.

Before the interview
Arrive the specified place  early. You will be relaxed for the interview. Be humble to everyone, Don't speak loudly.

First impression is the last impression
*  Shake hands firmly and warmly, but wait to be invited to sit down. A firm handshake shows you as an extrovert and sociable personality: Also as the handshake is at the start of the interview,  makes you comfortable and friendly with the intervierwer.
 * put smile on your face and keep up good eye contact
 * Speak clearly and slowly. Take  a moment to interviewer to listen. Don't use meaningless  phrases like "I mean", "you know", blah-blah-blah.
